Wayne founded Performance Marine in 1997 with the goal of providing our customers with the best products and service available!  Wayne has done business all over the globe and has a lifetime of business management experience.

Wayne's son Jeff manages the day-to-day operations of the business.  He has over 15-years experience in business management, advertising, and retail sales.

Darcy is our Service Manager, and looks after every aspect of getting your boat back on the water!  He's a 2-time Performance Marine customer, and has a great easy-going attitude!

James looks after our counter sales and our parts and accessories orders.  Whatever you're looking for, he can get it for you!  (If you call him Cap'n James you'll make his day!)

Derek makes sure Wayne and Jeff know how many beans are in the jar!  He also helps our customers with their retail financing, insurance and warranty choices!

Rod has spent his whole life helping families like yours find the right boat!  His experience and relaxed manner makes shopping for your boat fun!

Jimmy has over 30-years experience as one of the best marine technicians in the industry!  He has factory training from Mercury, Yamaha, and Bombardier.  If he can't fix it, it ain't broken!

Jeff is a Mercury trained and certified marine technician with over 10-years experience, and is up-to-date on the latest technological advancements in the marine industry!

Warren can fix anything from your boat to your hot-rod to your tank or armoured personnel carrier!  His experience in the field makes him one of the best trouble-shooters around!

Murray has been fixing other people's "uh-oh"s for 16-years, and is one of the best bodyshop techs in the business - from props to custom gelcoat, he can make your boat look like new!

Front-end / Customer service

Wayne's daughter Susan looks after the bookkeeping, as well as helping out with payroll, warranty and accounting.  Her sunny disposition makes her a pleasure to work with!

Stefanos is the guy who helps us do what we do!  He looks after moving boats around, cleaning and detailing new boats, and keeping us moving!

Back-end / Repairs & service

Barry is a 2-time Perofrmance Marine customer who knows his boats, and knows how to treat his customers right!  He's eager to help you find the boat that's right for you and your family!
